Yesterday we went to a Tim Minchin concert.
We are in the midst of a very serious drought. A few weeks ago, Gov. Perry had a large gathering of serious evangelical christian leaders in Houston. Among other things they banded together and prayed for rain, for an end to the drought. As a result, Texas caught fire. We had massive dangerous, wildfires.
Yesterday, the atheist Mr. Minchin, a popular entertainer came to Dallas. After the wonderful , funny, concert we walked out to a heavy rain. It was a nice rain -- not a massive downpour, but a good soaking rain that lasted through the day Sunday.
Interesting, don't you think?
