It's time to practice.  Repeat ten times:  "Scandal plagued Trump administration", or "Scandal ridden Trump administration".  If you have another phrase  --  please use it. 

Note:  Must contain actual FACTS, not "alternative facts/truths/truthiness/factoids/etc., etc., etc.".

Falsehoods like, "I inherited a mess" must be replaced with actual facts, like,"I'm making a mess."
