I saw this video posted on "ECHIDNE OF THE SNAKES" and just had to put it up. I remember vividly reading about this performance in Downbeat. At first listening I understood the power, the enthusiasm, the drive , of the band, and the audience. Hearing this never fails to bring a smile -- and understanding of the power of music (not just Jazz).
