Headlines in ALL newspapers tomorrow should read: "Republicans Vote For Middle Class Tax Increases" -- then:

"In an unprecedented act of arrogance, Republicans in Congress voted to INCREASE taxes on the struggling middle class -- until they get their way. With high unemployment, a depressed economy, and a disappearing middle class, Republican "lawmakers" showed the world they would let the nation founder, further depressing the economy, unless the very rich they represent are given a continuation of a "temporary" tax cut that will add 700 billion to our deficit.

They would let children starve, families fall apart, unless the richest of the rich can continue to reap the benefits of a tax cut that DID NOT WORK as intended.
