One reason I'm rooting for the San Francisco Giants to win the National League pennant is simply because then our rabid-right-wing-America-HATERS will have NO ONE to root for.
They ALL HATE San Francisco, and certainly do not support Detroit or its residents.
Right now I say goodbye to the Yankees for this year -- wait till next year, or the year after, or the one after that. eventually they will both win again, and show some class.
