Pratt: 'Angry Liberals Should Not Have Guns'

Anyone who has managed to stay with this blog over the years knows I strongly favor gun ownership for Progressives, Liberals, and LGBT folks.  Yesterday, on "April Fools Day" The Rude Pundit put up a post titled "Guns For Gays" where he suggested ALL LGBT folks legally buy and learn how to use guns.  He also suggested we all go all "Teaparty" with them, with LEGAL public displays, etc. 

Even though I suspect he was joking, he asked LGBT folks to go all "Black Panther", carrying AK47's and AR15's into public meetings, etc., etc., etc.

I'm sure it would not work because now the leader of "Gun Owners Of America" says "angry Liberals should not have guns"  --  gee whiz, what could he possibly be afraid of?

Larry Pratt, the extremist and conspiratorial leader of Gun Owners of America, last week gave a speech to We the People Tea Party of Northwest Louisiana where he mused that liberals should not be allowed to own guns.
After saying that President Obama held a shotgun “girly like” while skeet shooting, the Shreveport Times reports that Pratt told the group that Democrats like Obama “almost got me convinced to modify my purist Second Amendment position: there are people that shouldn’t have guns, angry liberals should not have guns.”
