Guy on wheelchair taken down by officers

Does ANYONE think our "public servants" -- the police -- are here to help ANYONE not rich, white, and one of the "sheeple"?

Here is a video of an assault on a man in a wheelchair. Notice how the SLAM him into the ground. Was that to keep him from running away?

These guys are OUT OF CONTROL!
