Johnny Winter

What follows is just a sample.  Go to youTube and listen for yourself.  Mr. Winter was an awesome "guitar slinger" who influenced many  --  including SRV. 

Don't ever sell him short.

We are lucky his music will live on.  How insane is that?  We can listen and learn even after these masters are long gone.
