My Senator

My Senator, John Cornyn, likened Medicaid to a "medical gulag". Isn't that rather strange? Medicaid, that serves the poorest of people, is healthcare of last resort. It saves lives, helps poor people, poor CITIZENS, who have no other options. How is providing people with no options the same as sentencing them to a "gulag"? Would they be better off with no care at all? Perhaps they could just have the decency to die
