Center on Budget and Policy Priorities says 46 states are facing budget shortfalls.

California might be out of business, and Kansas has suspended income tax refunds and may not be able to pay employees on time, the state's budget director said Monday.

So, the Republicans wanted to further cut money to the states -- they're going out of business one at a time.

Grover Norquist's wish to eliminate government might just work with the states --- leaving nothing but a massive Federal Gov't to run EVERYTHING.

Though I know that will not happen, just the possibility of such an unintended consequence both boggles the mind and shows how DUMB the Republicans are.

Heck, even if the Federal Gov't bails out the states, don't you think there might be some strings attached.

GW Bush will be up there with Lenin in leading his nation to Socialism and Central Planning.

Now, we all sing The Internationale
