some decent news

ONLY two banks failed today. That counts as good news.

Wall Street is doing well while Main Street is still in the doldrums.

I guess the banks run by "The Masters Of The Universe" are almost immune to failure (bailouts anyone?) while all the smaller local banks we actually depend on still live in a "capitalist society". It seems "state socialism" only goes so far.

How much fraud can people handle before they get angry -- and direct it in the right direction?

We will discover -- sooner or later.
