By the way -- just a little aside: At this point last year, the FDIC had closed “only” 100 banks. We are on pace to exceed last year’s record setting bank closures by 30%. (in case anyone wondered). We seem to be a couple of years away from another 1930's-like "Great Depression".
The hatred of "modernity", the "hands off" deregulation of business, the bursting of a huge bubble -- very similar to events prior to 1929.
Good luck to all you folks out there. There are times I'm really happy to be old.
Add to the above mix a number of political fools that hate anything that is not exactly like them -- most Republicans, and most of the "Tea-Party" folks. Hoo-boy, what a mix!!
