"Top Kill" FAILS!!

It's official -- "top kill" has failed.

Welcome to the summers of OIL in the Gulf Of Mexico.

This might just be the end of more than one species of fish. at the very least, shrimp and oysters will, once again, be foodstuff for rich people.

If you really like shrimp -- eat them quick.

I wonder if The Gulf will return to "normal" within my lifetime? Actually, in a couple of years, they will define a new "normal".

We will end up killing the Oceans. We really are very stupid animals -- as the need for a well educated populace increases, we stop educating our people.

One of these days, the "leaders" will discover they have nothing of value left to lead.
